When the sleep time works for us otherwise then the pressure is shaped and rises closer to wake up time and we get up tired physically existed in the morning and can not push it away during the the day.
What helps us sleep better at night is a regular physical activities performed during the daytime, energy burned helps us to fall in sleep better and more easily. It is good practice to have exercise regularly not only for the good sleep time but to the betterment of the general health overall.
Psychologically it is also an important mechanism that gets activated with the time of practice, to make daytime and night time visible drastically different from one another. Therefore to sleep well, we must ensure that the sleep and wake time have its own psychology clearly distinctive for us.
Building a physical small fatigue, is an important component of hypothyroidism treatment, makes us want to go to sleep sooner, but with the effort we can manage to stay awake as long as needed by our regime not letting ourselves dependent on the need of a sleep.
With hypothyroidism and physical exercise we risk to fall into other group subjecting ourselves to the risk of weight gaining. Feeling hunger is only of the principle triggers of the hypothyroidism that makes us eat more when we do not have to. A diversified diet is important to vary your daily food intake and to avoid deficiencies in energy supply to the body and better mind functioning.
However, it is important to be aware and keep in mind not only the positive expected outcomes of physical exercise but another unwanted by-products. Without going into great length of explanation of benefits from physical exercise, the positive outcomes are apparent, such as more active life always lead to better family and other social relations, the impact on weight loss desires, but it is also common to get a fever or/and shortness of breath, due to the drastic changes in lifestyle and hypothyroidism will defend its previous life conditioning that you no longer tolerate. Then it is important to see a doctor and physical training specialist to work out a program of gradual change. Yes we can, but not everything at once, step by step and attention to your body reactions. Remember hypothyroidism is not easy to let you change the lifestyle. While it is important to stay on positive side the plan of consistent and gradual actions is required.
